What we work on
Every common mobile home repair, plus the weird ones nobody else will touch.
We focus on mobile and manufactured homes — singlewides, doublewides, and the occasional triplewide — across the Mat-Su Borough. Most of our work is on homes built between 1980 and 2005 that are showing their age in Alaska weather.

Service Area
We cover the entire Mat-Su Borough
From the Knik River to Hatcher Pass, we drive Mat-Su roads year-round. Below-zero crawlspaces in January, breakup mud in April, fireweed in July — we work in all of it.
ZIP codes served: 99654, 99623, 99645, 99652, 99688, 99674.
Why Mat-Su homeowners hire us
No Anchorage trip charges. No vague quotes. No upsell games.
We grew up in the borough. We’ve crawled under singlewides off Bogard, off the Parks Highway, off Knik-Goose Bay Road, in February at -25°F. We know how T1011 plywood skirting fails, why piers settle on glacial silt, what a "good enough" tie-down looks like to an FHA inspector, and which heat tape actually survives a Mat-Su winter.
When you call, you get a straight answer. We tell you what has to be done now, what can wait, and what isn’t worth fixing on a 1984 trailer. If the right answer is "park it on the market and walk away," we’ll tell you that too.

What Mat-Su homeowners are saying
-
"Called Tuesday morning about the floor sagging by the master bedroom. They came out Thursday, crawled under, showed me video of the cracked pier on my phone. Two days later it was releveled — $2,800, exactly what they quoted. The 1989 doublewide is holding solid."
Jeff R. — Wasilla, AK
-
"Skirting blew off in that November windstorm off Knik. They had insulated panels back up before the next freeze and explained why my last installer's job had failed. $4,200 for the full perimeter, fair given what they had to fix underneath. Won't go anywhere else."
Marie K. — Palmer, AK
-
"Frozen pipe at -22°F in February. Answered the phone at 9 PM. Showed up the next morning with a heat gun and a plan. Wrapped the lines properly and added an access door so we can get to it next time. $650 for the rescue, $400 for the access door. Honest people."
Doug & Kathy P. — Big Lake, AK
-
"Got three quotes for a leaking metal roof patch. One outfit didn't show up. One quoted nearly double. These guys were on time, explained exactly what they were doing, and the seam has held through two breakup seasons. $1,200 for the repair."
Lori M. — Houston, AK
-
"I'm on a fixed income. They walked me through what HAD to be fixed this winter (water heater) and what could wait until spring (the porch). That kind of straight talk is rare in any trade. Already recommended them to my neighbor."
Bill S. — Willow, AK
-
"Replaced rotted vinyl skirting and added the vents the inspector flagged. Passed the manufactured-home loan inspection on the first try — sale closed the next week. $3,400 for the job. They saved my deal."
Tasha L. — Meadow Lakes, AK

Frequently asked questions
What areas do you cover?
We work the entire Mat-Su Borough — Wasilla, Palmer, Big Lake, Houston, Willow, Sutton, Meadow Lakes, and Wasilla Lake. ZIP codes 99654, 99623, 99645, 99652, 99688, and 99674 are our home turf. Outside the borough we evaluate case by case based on travel time.
Are estimates really free?
Yes — for any project in our service area, we drive out, crawl under the home if needed, and give you a written estimate at no charge. The only paid pre-work is a structural inspection report some lenders want, which we quote separately.
How fast can you start?
Most non-emergency jobs start within 5–10 business days. Emergencies — a frozen line, a leaking roof, skirting blown off in the middle of January — usually get a same-day or next-day visit. Call the main line and tell us what’s going on.
Do you work on older mobile homes (pre-2000)?
Most of what we do is older homes — 1980s and 1990s singlewides and doublewides that have settled, lost skirting, or cracked frame welds. We carry shims, jacks, and replacement parts that fit the older trailers.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We carry general liability insurance and operate under Alaska contractor license AK-LICENSE-PENDING. We can email a current Certificate of Insurance to your lender or insurance company on request.
Do you accept Alaska Housing Finance Corp. weatherization rebates?
We work with homeowners going through AHFC weatherization and home-energy rebate programs. We can document our work the way the program needs it, and we’ll point out which improvements typically qualify.
